One example of this philosophy was demonstrated for an existing client who came to us with a challenge they faced with a high dollar amount of inventory they had been carrying. TCG Solutions preformed a market study on packaging options to rework the outstanding inventory. The solution came in the form of taking multiple titles with a common theme and packaging together in a unique multidisc packaging. The packaging solution was a huge success which resulted in our client experiencing the highest sell through per product offering and nearly eliminated their excess inventory.
